📦 Wrong or Missing Items in Your Order? Let’s Fix It!Updated 3 months ago

We’re so sorry something’s not quite right with your order—we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🚫 Received the Wrong Item?

If you received an item you didn’t order or something that doesn't match your packing slip, please contact us so we can start the replacement process. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of what you received in error, and a quick note about the mix-up so we can resolve it fast.


📭 Missing an Item?

Before reaching out, check the packing slip included in your shipment. To get your order to you faster, we may have split it into multiple shipments based on item availability. If that’s the case, you'll most likely receive two packing slips, one fulfilled and the other any back-ordered items.

Good news: You won’t be charged any additional shipping fees beyond what you originally paid.
