📦 What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?Updated 3 months ago

We’re so sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition—we’re here to make it right as quickly as possible!

If you receive a damaged or broken item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Right Away
    Reach out to our support team within a few days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the Following in Your Message:

    • Your order number

    • brief description of the damage

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label

  3. Don’t Discard the Packaging
    Hold onto the original packaging until we’ve had a chance to review the issue—this helps us with carrier claims if needed.


Once we review the information, we’ll let you know the next steps, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
