There are a few important details to keep in mind when returning products from outside the U.S.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

📦 How to Return an International Order

1. Review our Return Policy page to find our return address in Los Angeles.

2. Ship the item(s) back to our U.S. warehouse at your expense using a trackable international carrier.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (less original shipping costs and any applicable adjustments).

❗ Important Notes:

• We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

• Duties, taxes, and import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.

• If returning part of a bulk/discounted order, your refund may be adjusted if the discount no longer applies.
