🛍️ Return Eligibility
You can return any item within 90 days of the original ship date for a full product refund as long as it is:
Unopened
Unworn
Unwashed
In its original packaging
Returned items in this condition will be refunded for the full product amount, excluding original shipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order was over $85, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.
⚠️ Important Return Notes
If your return brings your original order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Products sold as sets must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund.
Opened or used products, like personal care items and prosthetic shrinkers, cannot be returned.
Any product returned more than 90 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size). If needed, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You’ll receive an email confirming the processing of your return.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please reach out to our team.
We typically process returns every Tuesday and Friday.
🌍 International Returns
Customers are responsible for all shipping and brokerage fees.
Please mark the shipment as a “Merchandise Return”.
Any COD shipments or returns with fees billed to Amputee Store will be rejected.
