While we want you to love everything you order, there are certain items we’re unable to accept for return due to hygiene, safety, or policy reasons. Please review the list below before sending anything back:

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened skin care and skin repair products, including (but not limited to):

  • Lotions

  • Balms

  • Antiperspirants

• Opened prosthetic shrinkers

• Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery, even if unopened

• Products that are missing serial numbers or UPC labels

• Special order items

• Gift cards
