✅ If Your Order Has NOT Shipped Yet:
We may be able to cancel the order so you can place a new one using the correct card.
👉 Contact us as soon as possible with your:
Order number
The email address you used at checkout
A note that you'd like to cancel and reorder with a different card
We’ll do our best to stop the order before it leaves our warehouse.
🚚 If Your Order Has Already Shipped:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to change the payment method. In that case:
The charge will remain on the card used at checkout
If needed, you can initiate a return once your order arrives (within 90 days)
