💳 I Used the Wrong Credit Card—Can I Change It?Updated 3 months ago

We get it—mistakes happen! If you accidentally used the wrong credit card at checkout, here’s what you need to know.


✅ If Your Order Has NOT Shipped Yet:

We may be able to cancel the order so you can place a new one using the correct card.

👉 Contact us as soon as possible with your:

  • Order number

  • The email address you used at checkout

  • A note that you'd like to cancel and reorder with a different card

We’ll do our best to stop the order before it leaves our warehouse.


🚚 If Your Order Has Already Shipped:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to change the payment method. In that case:

  • The charge will remain on the card used at checkout

  • If needed, you can initiate a return once your order arrives (within 90 days)

If you're using a shared device or autofill settings, double-check your payment info before submitting your order to avoid any surprises.
