Seeing more than one charge for a single order can be alarming—but rest assured, our system is designed to only charge your payment method once per order. What you’re likely seeing is a temporary bank authorization, not a duplicate charge.


🏦 What’s a Bank Authorization?

When you place an order, your bank or credit card provider may place a temporary hold for the total amount. This hold helps verify the funds before the payment is finalized.

Sometimes, your account may briefly show both the pending authorization and the final charge, which can look like a duplicate. However, you’re only charged once, and the temporary authorization will disappear.


When Will the Extra Charge Go Away?

These holds are typically cleared by your bank within 2–5 business days.
Again, our system cannot charge your card more than once for the same order.
