💰 How Are Refunds Issued?Updated 3 months ago

We want your return experience to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Here's how refunds are handled at Amputee Store:

💳 Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will go back to that card.

• If you paid using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to original digital gift card.

• If you used a combination of a gift card and another payment method, your refund will be split accordingly:

  • The gift card portion will be refunded to the original gift card

  • The remaining balance will go back to your original form of payment

🕒 Refund Timing

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.  We process returns every Tuesday and Friday

• Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–4 business days to post the refund

📌 Additional Notes:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• If returning part of a discounted or bundled purchase, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the updated order total

• Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method
