We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we do our best to make the process easy and fair. In most cases, Amputee Store does not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our standard policy.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied under the following circumstances:

• Items returned without original packaging or accessories

• Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packing

• Products that are used or not in resalable condition

• Product's sealed poly bag packaging was opened 

• Bulk or quantity orders that impact inventory levels

✅ How to Avoid a Restocking Fee

To ensure a smooth refund process with no restocking fee, please:

• Return your item within 90 days of delivery

• Make sure it is unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Include all manuals, packaging, and accessories

• Use proper packing materials to prevent damage in transit
