We want you to love every purchase, but if you need to return part or all of your order, your rewards points may be adjusted accordingly. Here's how it works:

💳 Partial Return? – If you return only some items from your order, the points you earned for those items will be deducted from your account, but you'll keep the points for the items you keep!

📦 Full Return? – If you return your entire order, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your rewards balance.

💡 Used Your Points on That Order? If you redeemed points for a discount on a returned order, those points will be reinstated to your account once the return is processed.
