How to measure your waistUpdated 3 months ago
For the best fit, take two separate waist measurements—your natural waist and your lower waist:
🔹 Natural Waist: This is the smallest part of your waist, usually found 1–2 inches (2.5–5 cm) above your belly button. It’s where your torso naturally creases when you bend side to side.
🔹 Lower Waist: This is the widest part of your waist, typically at or just below your belly button—right where many of us tend to gain weight first.
Tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand relaxed for the most accurate results. These two measurements will help you find a fit that’s both secure and comfortable!
