Every Open Box product we offer goes through a thorough quality check before it’s listed for sale.

Our evaluation process includes:

• ✅ Physical Inspection – We carefully examine each item for wear, damage, or irregularities.

• 📦 Packaging Review – We assess the original packaging and note any imperfections.

• 🧩 Accessory Check – We confirm whether all accessories, manuals, or parts are included.

Based on our review, we assign each item one of three internal condition grades:

• “Like New” – Excellent condition, fully functional, and includes all essential parts. These are the only items we list for sale. 

• “Donate” – Gently used or missing parts, donated to health care facilities or charitable organizations.

• “Discard” – Items that don’t meet our quality standards are responsibly disposed of.
